Fall is officially upon us! Are you looking for ideas to rock your fall photos? I am here to help you up your game and learn how you can take great fall photos too!
I love this time of year and although I live in Florida, I can still manage to find enough of the fall colors to make some really great images. I love Florida but when I lived in Seattle, Minneapolis and Dallas, temperatures dropped and leaves changed color which inspired all kinds of goodness. I am sharing some great examples of different ways you can capture the fall colors and I have included a FREE printable with 30 ideas to ROCK your fall photos this year!
Some basic tips I would suggest would be to place people in front of things that have fall colors in them (wood wall, pumpkin patch – or the pumpkins at the grocery store, trees changing colors, etc.) dress your subjects in fall colors, use the “golden hour” light to enhance the fall colors (1 hour before sunset or early morning), capture items that conjure up fall feelings, etc.
Good luck! You can get started today! The point isn’t to wait until you have that really great camera, or lens, or to wait until you learn HOW to use that really great camera. I want to encourage you to use your phone if you want. Just start shooting and you will be glad you did. I absolutely LOVE my iPhone and I take tons of images with it ~ why? Because it is the camera that is always in my pocket. It’s that simple.
I would love it if you would share your photos with me on my Facebook page here or on Instagram here with the hashtag #weclickanyway ~ I love this hashtag because no matter what kind of camera you have on hand, or what the location is, you just want to “click anyway” so you don’t miss out on saving the memory! You can also email your images to me so I can see what you are working on! firstname.lastname@example.org
Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom to download your FREE printable checklist and get started today. Thanks for stopping by and Happy Clicking.
